How to Measure For a Violin/Fiddle

ViolinViolins come in sizes 1/32 thru 4/4.The 1/32 thru 3/4 sizes are for children. The younger violin student will need to change to a larger size as they grow. It's of great importance that the student plays the right size violin as fingers must be able to comfortably reach the strings and  the arm must be able to hold the violin with out undue stress.

If the student is playing the correct size violin they will progress faster and find more joy in learning.
