The mandolin straps are ¾ of an inch wide and are
offered in 2 different lengths.
End pin holes at
36,38 and 40 inches.
This length is most often used on F style mandolins if you prefer to wear your mandolin strap on your picking hand
shoulder and attached at the scroll.
End
pin holes at 42, 44 and 46 inches.
This is a good length for attaching to the peg head for an across the
back position.

How to measure the length you
need for a strap:
If you have an older strap which you are replacing, simply measure
that strap from the endpin hole to where it attaches to your mandolin
(scroll or peghead). Do not include the tie piece in the measurement.
If you don't have a strap to measure:
Tie a piece of string to your mandolin where you would attach the
strap (either at the peghead or the scroll). Connect the other end of
the string to the endpin at a length that the mandolin hangs comfortably
for you. Measure the string from the endpin to where it attaches at the
other end (scroll or peghead). Do not include the tie piece in the
measurement.
